Are benefits available immediately after payment?
Yes. All benefits activate the moment payment completes. Digital photo cards and voice messages are issued on the 1st of each month.
Can I change my tier anytime?
Yes. The new tier applies on your next billing date. Downgrades are not pro-rated; upgrades charge only the difference.
Available outside Korea?
International credit cards and PayPal are supported. WeChat Pay and Alipay are planned for Phase B (late 2026).
What is the refund policy?
100% refund within 7 days of payment if no benefits have been consumed. Refunds are restricted after digital content download.
